Safety comes first
Families trust us with their kids. These are the written standards every adult in the program follows.
- Two-adult rule whenever minors are present
- Background checks for all adults who have regular contact with students
- No adult transports a minor alone
- When students make food products, a certified food-handler adult is on site and kitchen rules apply
- Students use tools and equipment only after they are signed off on a skills checklist
- Staff are mandatory reporters under Washington law
- No student photos without a signed release, which needs a parent signature for minors
- Medical and allergy forms are kept confidential and on site during sessions
